Placement

The sampling activity (storage and staff) must be positioned as indicated on the drawing. Specifically:

• Outside the two main entrances, under the canopy, as close to the wall as possible. Distribution is permitted from both sides at both entrance areas.
• At the entrance/exit to the metro, positioned in the middle of the pedestrian flow between the glass partition and the first column.
• In the passageway by the platforms, positioned in the middle of the pedestrian flow between the columns.

It is important to ensure optimal passenger flow for DSB's customers at all times and to prevent queues from forming.

It is NOT permitted to attach or mount any items to the station's structural elements.
If an activity remains in place overnight, it must be supervised by a certified security guard during unstaffed hours.
Particular attention must be paid to fire safety, and advertisements may not be attached to walls or columns.

Practical Information

The permit (rental agreement) must be brought to the station and presented upon request by DSB staff.

All activities must also comply with the rules and conditions stated in the rental agreement.

The activity and distribution must not cause inconvenience or obstruction to DSB's customers or staff.

Any litter or other materials must be collected during and after the activity. Used packaging must be removed from the station. The tenant is responsible for taking "before and after" photos of the event/sampling location to document the condition of the area.

These must be sent on the day of the activity to customersuccess-dk@bauermediaoutdoor.com.

If additional cleaning by DSB is required, a charge of DKK 467.40 per hour per DSB employee will be invoiced.

The activity takes place at the tenant's own expense and risk. DSB accepts no liability for any injury to persons or damage to materials.

Opening Hours: Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Water: No access to water.

Electricity: Power supply is not available.

Sound: No sound may be played in connection with activities.

Toilets: Pay-to-use toilets are available.

Parking/Loading: Parking is available at the tenant's own expense.

Storage: No storage facilities are available.
