Cars

Here is everything you have to know, about showing your car in Copenhagen Airport.

Deliveries before the Exhibition

  • The car registration number must be sent to our Campaign Manager at least 10 days before the campaign starts. 
  • The name and contact number of the driver for both drop-off and pick-up of the car must be sent to our Campaign Manager at least 10 days before the campaign starts. 
  • A mock-up of the exhibition must be sent for approval no later than 4 weeks before the campaign starts. No items can be added without prior approval. Only the items and visuals shown in the approved mock-up are allowed. Please send it to our Campaign Manager. 
  • Goods and merchandise must be delivered to our supplier (on weekdays during office hours) in the week leading up to the campaign start. Please reach out to our Campaign Manager at least 4 weeks before the campaign starts. Contact information for the supplier will be provided by Campaign Manager, Morten Wiberg, if and when the goods have been approved. 

Deliveries for the Exhibition Charger for Lights

  • If the car will have lights on during the exhibition, please bring a charger that can be connected to a standard power outlet. 
Event Staff: Must bring a driver's license or passport to access the Airport. 

License plates

  • Cars must be registered or have temporary plates to drive into, within, and out of the airport area. 
  • The registration number must be sent to our Campaign Manager at least 10 days before the campaign starts. 
  • License plates are not required during the exhibition itself. 

Power/ Fuel

  • Cars must have sufficient power or fuel to drive in and out of the airport. 
  • Note: Cars are not allowed to be started during the exhibition.

Exhibition details

The car or exhibition must not exceed a height of 180 cm for safety reasons.Podium for the Car(s)Cars are not allowed to be placed directly on the airport's wooden floor.Cars must be displayed on a podium with slanted sides.We can assist with providing a solution/a mounting team to set up the podium/exhibition, but it can also be booked independently. Key

The car key will be kept by the CPH installer and will not be accessible until the exhibition ends.If you need to access the cars during the exhibition, it is recommended to bring spare keys with you.​

Flyers, Qr-codes, merchandise

All questions and applications must be send to our Campaign Manager.
Flyers/BrochuresGenerally not allowed. Special permission must be obtained.The application must be approved before submitting your mock-up, 4 weeks before the campaign starts.

QR Codes

Merchandise/ Goods 

Only allowed with pre-approval from the airport, at least 4 weeks before the campaign starts.Must be delivered to our supplier (on weekdays during office hours) in the week leading up to the campaign start. These items must not be transported in the car during delivery/pick-up. Contact information for the supplier will be provided by Campaign Manager if/when goods are approved.Please reach out to our Campaign Manager for approvals and more information.​

Booking event staff and visitor escortEvent staff can be arranged for the exhibition during the campaign period.A visitor escort must be booked for the event staff to gain access to the airport.We can assist with the booking, or you can book directly using the link below.

Cleaning

  • The car will be cleaned once daily with a microfiber cloth as part of the agreement. 
  • If you require cleaning twice daily, this service can be purchased for 3000 DKK by contacting our Campaign Manager.
Car delivery​​

Location 

Please deliver the car to the main gate at the following address:Kystvejen 16, 2770 Kastrup. Authorized personnel will take over the car at this location.

Time and Date 

The car must be delivered around 9:00 PM on the Sunday before the campaign starts. It will be transported to the exhibition immediately afterward. The final agreed time will be communicated by our Campaign Manager.

  • The name and contact number of your driver must be sent to our Campaign Manager at least 10 days before the campaign starts. 
  • You are not permitted to drive into the airport area for or after the delivery, and you cannot remain in the car while it is being transported. 

Car pick up

Location 

The car must be picked up at Kystvejen 16, 2770 Kastrup (the same location as the drop-off).

Time and Date 

The car must be picked up on Sunday around 10:30 PM.The name and contact number of your driver must be
sent to our Campaign Manager at least 10 days before
the campaign starts.Cars cannot be stored or parked for later pickup.

Exhibition Setup/Teardown with Assistance from Your Own Supplier  

If you are setting up the exhibition with the help of your own installer, please complete a material declaration specifying the fire class and send it to our Campaign Manager, at least 4 weeks before the campaign begins.

Setup and Teardown Schedule 

Setup:The exhibition setup can begin at 8:00 PM on the Sunday before the campaign starts. Note: The car podium must be ready by 10:00 PM on the same day.The car will be placed on the podium around 10:00 PM on the Sunday before the campaign starts.The exhibition must be fully set up by 6:00 AM on the Monday of the campaign week.

Teardown:The exhibition can be dismantled from 8:00 PM on the Sunday of the campaign week.The area must be cleared by 6:00 AM on the following Monday.The car will be removed from the podium at 10:00 PM on the last Sunday of the campaign week.
