Station Domination, Ørestad

Perfect timing and placement, just before your target audience visit Fields, Denmark’s largest shopping centre. Station Domination includes branding on glass railings at the stairs, glass railings on the platform, metro platform screen doors, Digital Adshel, and double-sided banners, ensuring strong and cohesive exposure throughout the entire station.

Introduction

This bundle contains five distinct creative formats, each with unique specifications tailored to their specific placement and technical requirements.

Each format includes detailed design guidelines, installation view, dimensions, and downloadable template files. Please ensure you select the correct specifications for your assigned format(s) and adhere to all technical requirements to ensure optimal production and installation.

Before beginning your creative development, please review the individual specifications for each format as dimensions, technical requirements, and design considerations vary significantly between assets.

The branding includes four double-sided banners, glass railings by the stairs and platform areas, a digital adshel, and panels along the metro screen doors.

Print ready files: File(s) must be uploaded to Bauer Media Outdoor at the latest 15 working days before the start of the campaign.

Digital material: Must be uploaded at least 3 days prior to campaign start. NB. For HTML solutions material must be delivered minimum 10 working days before campaign start.

Co-branding: If you intend to advertise together with another brand, we must be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign to ensure delivery of the reserved campaign.

Responsibility: It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure that the layout or design does not conflict with the Danish Marketing Act or infringe third party intangible rights, and that the material complies with the stated specifications. See our general business terms.

Format 1: Glass Railling Stairs
Specifications
  • A: 1410 × 1000 mm, 4 assets
  • B: 2080 × 1000 mm, 2 assets

All pleces are divided by a 120 mm gap.

Delivery: Provide a print-ready PDF for each format, along with a separate mockup PDF.

Designs must be created in two versions -one for the glass railings on theright side and one forthe left. Each side includes three formats (A, B, A) with identical dimensions and divided by a 120 mmgap but arranged in adifferent order.

The glass railing stairs are also located at both ends of theplatform, andthe content will be dubplicated oneach side.

Use the provided InDesign templates to ensure correct layout, alignment, and visual consistency across both versions.

Format 2: Dobbeltsidet bannere

  • A: 2750 × 3575 mm (approx. 9.84 m²)
  • Filler Graphic: 2750 × 300 mm (approx. 0.83 m²)
  • B: 2750 × 3575 mm (approx. 9.84 m²)

The banner is double-sided and installed in two locations at the station,resulting in a total of four visible sides. The banner is mounted over a metalrod; therefore, a 300 mm filler graphic must be included in the center section of the layout.

If each side has a different design, both designs must be included in the same file, placed sequentially and clearly numbered.

All files must be uploaded to Bauer Media Outdoor no later than 15 working days before the campaign start date.

Format 3: Digital Adshel
Specifications

For Digital Adshel, separate technical specifications apply. These are available via this link and must be reviewed and adhered to when preparing and delivering the material.

Format 4: Glass Railling Platform
Specifications

All pieces are divided by a 55 mm gap.

The glass railing is located at one end of the platform; however, the motive is visible from both sides, and double-sided foil is therefore produced.

Note: In front of glass panel 5, a Digital Adshel (included in the Domination) will cover the panel when viewed head-on. Therefore, avoid placing key elements of the design in that area.

Design guidelines
Before starting creative development, carefully review dimensions and design, as each asset must be adapted correctly. Images and text may extend across the gap, but any content positioned directly within the gap will not be visible once installed. To maintain the impression of one continuous design, elements should continue seamlessly across the gap. All text and logos must be placed at least 100 mm from the edge to avoid cropping and ensure readability.

By following these guidelines, the creative will display as intended, with a seamless visual flow and clear messaging.

Each track requires 46 assets
For Format U, Ørestad, which includes two tracks, the same creative will normally be applied across both tracks. However, if the creative differs between track 1 and track 2, please provide 2 files and 92 assets in total.
