Delivery specifications

Brand Activation, Aarhus Banegård

Placement

A 10 x 6 metre area has been designated in the entrance hall. Each corner of the designated area is marked by a brass disc in the floor.

The activity must not exceed the following dimensions:

  • W 6 m
  • L 10 m

IMPORTANT - The station inspector must be contacted upon arrival BEFORE any materials are brought into the station building, and again when the activity has ended.

Contact the station inspector: Tel. +45 24 68 66 40

It is NOT permitted to apply double-sided tape to the floor or to attach any other items to any part of the station building.

The floor at Aarhus Central Station is fragile and cannot withstand the use of equipment such as pallet trucks. Materials transported to the sampling/event area must therefore be moved using trolleys with soft rubber wheels.

Particular attention must be paid to fire safety. Furniture and equipment within the activity area must primarily be made of non-combustible materials. Boxes or other stock containing samples for distribution must not be stacked or stored in the concourse, entrance hall or any areas directly connected to them.

If an activity or installation is to remain in place overnight, it must be supervised by a security guard during unstaffed hours. Advertisements must not be placed on walls or columns.

‍
Practical Information
The permit (rental agreement) must be brought to the station and presented upon request by DSB staff. All activities must comply with the rules and conditions set out in the rental agreement.

The activity and distribution of materials must not cause inconvenience to DSB customers or staff.

Any litter or other materials must be collected during and after the activity. Used packaging must be removed from the station. Waste can also be disposed of by contacting the station inspector.

The tenant is responsible for taking "before and after" photos of the event/sampling location to document the condition of the area. The photos must be sent on the day of the activity to customersuccess-dk@bauermediaoutdoor.com.

If additional cleaning by DSB is required after the activity, a fee of DKK 467.40 per hour, per DSB employee will be invoiced afterwards.

Participation and use of the area are at the tenant's own expense and risk. DSB accepts no liability for any injury to persons or damage to materials.

‍
