Platform screen doors - Above format X

This specification applies specifically to Above Format as a unique design for the doors at metro stations. The only difference from the standard is the height and the design of the asset for the doors. In the InDesign template for platform screen doors, each door page includes instructions on how to integrate the Above Format.

The above format consists 2 asset per doos in total of 6 doors, of 12 must bedesigned

Specifications
  • Text: Vectorized
  • Base color: Bled to the edges
  • Visible area: Design is visable from both sides
  • Layout: 1:1 Scale
  • Crop marks: 10 mm bleed. Files with an above format that already include acut contour do not require cut marks. Only files without a cut contour mustinclude cut marks.
  • Cut / Spot Color: Files for opening doors must include a cut contour (spotcolor) on a separate, removable layer. The contour must fully outline thedesign and be created after all text is outlined.
  • Min. Resolution: 100 ppi.
  • Images: All Colours must be converted to CMYK - Coated Fogra39
  • Text and logos: Must be placed at least 100 mm from the edge
  • Foil: Bauer Media Outdoor prints on white foil. Without bleed, whitelines may appear at the edges. Transparent effects and fades cannot bereproduced

Specifications: Guidelines

Format: Please deliver one print-proof PDF containing all the pages in correct order (page 1 left → end of track), along with an overview.

Print ready files: File(s) must be uploaded to Bauer Media Outdoor at the latest 15 working days before the start of the campaign.

Co-branding

If you intend to advertise together with another brand, we must be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign to ensure delivery of the reserved campaign

Special guidelines

In regards to the “quick-loan law” (Act No. 801 of 09/06/2020), simultaneous advertising for gaming operators, betting companies, and lending businesses is not permitted in the same period as advertising for financial companies. This is part of BMO’s commitment to responsible marketing.
