A Station Domination campaign at Kongens Nytorv offers the opportunity to showcase your brand in the heart of Copenhagen; centrally located between Nyhavn, the Royal Danish Theatre, and Magasin du Nord. With wrapped panels along the metro glass railings, platform screen doors, and escalators, as well as digital Adshel screens, you achieve strong visibility at one of the city’s most exclusive and high-traffic locations.

Creative formats

Kongens Nytorv Station Somination contains five distinct creative formats, each with unique specifications tailored to their specific placement and technical requirements.

Before initiating layout and production of this Station Domination, the individual specifications for each format must be carefully reviewed, as dimensions, technical requirements, and design considerations vary significantly between formats. We have compiled all relevant information and technical specifications required for the production of the Station Domination, including dimensions, installation conditions, and delivery requirements.

Design guidelines and ready-to-use InDesign templates

Each format includes detailed design guidelines, installation view, dimensions, and downloadable template files. Please ensure you select the correct specifications for your assigned format(s) and adhere to all technical requirements to ensure optimal production and installation.

Deadlines

Print ready files: File(s) must be uploaded to Bauer Media Outdoor at the latest 15 working days before the start of the campaign.

Digital material: Must be uploaded at least 3 days prior to campaign start. NB. For HTML solutions material must be delivered minimum 10 working days before campaign start.

Co-branding: If you intend to advertise together with another brand, we must be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign to ensure delivery of the reserved campaign.

Responsibility: It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure that the layout or design does not conflict with the Danish Marketing Act or infringe third party intangible rights, and that the material complies with the stated specifications. See our general business terms.

Format 1: Glass Railling Concourse

Specifications

  • A: 850 x 1000 mm x 28 assets
  • B: 1050 x 1000 mm x 28 assets
  • C: 425 x 1000 mm x 8 assets
  • D: 350 x 1000 mm x 8 assets
  • E: 125 x 1000 mm x 4 assets

Format 2: Digital Adshel

Specifications

For Digital Adshel, separate technical specifications apply. These are available via this link and must be reviewed and adhered to when preparing and delivering the material.

Format 3: Escalators

Specifications

When producing a dominance campaign that includes escalators, the following specifications must be followed. Use the provided InDesign templates to create ready-to-use files, and include a complete design mockup/overview. This ensures a smooth production process and a consistent, high-quality final result. In total, there are 8 panels that can be wrapped. No foil may be applied to the glass panels running along the escalators from the platform to the plateau due to safety. Foil is allowed on the glass panels on the escalators from the plateau to the concourse level.

Format 4: Glass Railing Plateau

Specifications

The format includes Plateau 1 and Plateau 2 with identical specifications (A and B), meaning that either one shared design or two separate designs may be applied.

  • A: 450 x 1000 mm x 6 assets
  • B: 1050 x 1000 mm x 15 assets

Format 5: Platform Screen Doors

Specifications

Each track requires 41 assets. Nørreport Metro includes two tracks, the same creative will normally be applied across both tracks. However, if the creative differs between track 1 and track 2, please  provide 2 files and 82 assets in total.

  • B1: 880 x 1030 mm x 6 assets (Panel)
  • B2: 908 x1030 mm x 2 assets (Panel)
  • B3: 1030 x1030 mm x 21 assets (Panel)
  • B4: 1055 x 1030 mm x 12 assets (Door)
