Launch of Dan Brown’s Book: The Secret of Secrets
When one of the world’s most widely read authors was set to launch his latest book, The Secret of Secrets, Bauer Media Outdoor was chosen as the media partner. Together with JP/Politikens Forlag, we created a spectacular domination campaign at Kongens Nytorv Metro Station - one of Copenhagen’s busiest transit hubs.


A universe that surrounds the travelers
The campaign transformed the metro station into a visual universe, where passengers were immersed in Dan Brown’s story from every angle. Branding elements included:
- Metro screen doors – Above format
- Glass railings on both concourse and platform levels
- Two Walls with integrated digital screens at the metro entrance
- Eight escalators
- Eight digital screens across the platform and concourse
- Four Classic Adshels
The combination of classic and digital formats ensured maximum visibility and a strong, cohesive brand experience.
An author visit beyond the ordinary
As a special highlight, Dan Brown himself visited the station during his trip to Copenhagen. He had the opportunity to experience the campaign up close and expressed his excitement about how the universe had been brought to life in the public space. “It was fascinating to see how the launch had been executed visually - and fun to walk around and experience it,” the author remarked.

The story behind the book
The Secret of Secrets continues the tale of Harvard professor Robert Langdon, who this time travels to Prague to attend a lecture by researcher Katherine Solomon. When a brutal murder suddenly changes everything, Katherine disappears - along with a manuscript that could revolutionize our understanding of human consciousness.
The result: An experience to remember
The Station Domination at Kongens Nytorv became living proof of the power of Bauer Media Outdoor’s platforms. The combination of formats, strategic placement, and creative execution ensured that the message could not be overlooked - by daily metro commuters or by Dan Brown himself.
